3DMark CPU Profile Bench

Wow very nice. Got to confess do not understand that score (not doubting it FYI) and some on this benchmark in general. Lower clock speeds and numbers across every run compared with Lt Matt's but the MT one jumps ahead!
Same here, Matts OC is quite a bit higher too, single thread makes sense, could it be temps as more cores are loaded up? The i9 scores look predictable with clockspeed, but not AMD's?

Forgot to add ... yours is a great score for a cpu thats nearly 4 years old! :)

Just overclocked it like you would an intel CPU, no boost and a fixed all core overclock.

Lower core counts don't do so well (lack of boost) but MT scales better.:)

Scoreboard updated.:)

Ahh interesting, so the other Ryzen scores as more cores come online frequency must be dipping much lower. Not unexpected of course as that's how Intel also behaves, was thinking the 5 Ghz+ numbers was all core.

Yup, arm and a leg way back, can suck power like no ones business :o but still performs pretty solid. Imagine I will keep it until we are few years into DDR5 era now and just update my main gaming PC if need be.
