I did try overclocking the Titans but the power draw flattened my PSU (it can only handle peaks of 1650 watts).:D

I think the power draw @4K is somewhat higher than 1080p.

Kaapstad, I like how your physics score went up as you increased the number of 290x's. Very odd as I've found it never tends to vary by more than 2/3 points either way. You've gained over 100 points, it's like with every 290x added it has some how forced your 4930K to run faster!

With the physics score I think it is pot luck, I normally get a variation of a couple of hundred points either way and I am pretty sure it runs independant of the number of cards in the system.

New score from me.

Ref 290X @1270/1580 (Watercooled)

Not sure why but after watercooling, can't seem to run the benchmark with my memory @1625, so had to settle for 1580, not sure if setting it lower would help scores, i know the memory on 290's is a little funny like that.

Anyone else have the core not staying fixed on the combined test? it's another issue i have where it fluctuates from 1270 down to as low as 1100.

What settings are you using in afterburner, have you got unofficial overclocking with powerplay disabled? Petey had a similar issue recently and it was solved by using these settings.

This test doesn't like my setup. The rest of the tests are fine but GT1 will go black randomly. Can still see the FPS counter but it drops...really strange. Doesn't happen in any other 3DMark test.

EDIT: Didn't take long to read up on that. How annoying
