lol indeed, i wasent having a go :P

But still, im not happy with something i brought :S So yeah, in my eyes they should replace me with something, or just refund me lol...But they havent even bothered to email me back regarding the issue.

Typical of some places! Can't you phone them?
 
I tried a while ago, but it wasent open, thing is if i open em i know ill be there for ages having to explain everything to some silly sales person who know nout.

Plus the site SAYS they prefer email communication as its "quicker".
