4:45am

Thats 8 hours sleep, which is more than enough for some, but you may need more depending on what you do throughout the day. Theres not much you can do apart from getting more sleep.

1 hours sleep after midnight is worth 2 hours sleep before midnight. Or something like that.

Apart from getting one of those natural alarm clocks to simulate sunrise. Not much you can do.

Cut out all caffeine, so you actually have a deep sleep.

I get up at 4:30 most weeks, but I allow myself some late weeks where I get up at 7am. Once you get into a routine for it is easier, just go to bed early, say around 10pm. How long are your days? And what time do you go to bed? I have 12hr day or so but still go ot the gym, do some shopping and cooking and so on, so it's all about managing your time. Give it time and you just get used to it :)

**** that! I get to bed at 3/4am on a weekend. I aint getting up any time before 10!

Making the most of your weekend means spending as much of it in bed as possible ;)

I'm up at 5:30/6am everyday, go to the gym for 6:30 then off to work.

Go to bed around 11/12 every night.

ITs fine once your used to it, I hate getting up late, more so at weekends, wasting time in my view.

I get up at 4:45am 3 days a week but it rapes my body clock even though I go to bed at 8pm the night before what should I do?

One of the perks of my particular profession is an early start (in my case the alarm goes off at 4:30).

Personally I hit the sack around 9 or 10 at night and the six hours oblivion I get is sufficient to get through another day. Trouble is the tiredness never really goes away and I'm afraid you just have to get used to it, or seek alternative employment. :(

In my own case I'm kinda thankful Royal Mail knocked our start times back an hour. If they had kept the 5am (with 3:30 alarm call) starts I probably would have had to find another job. My level of fatigue was getting dangerous, especially during the drive home from work.
