I get up at 4:45am 3 days a week but it rapes my body clock even though I go to bed at 8pm the night before what should I do?
go to bed 2 hours later get up 2 hours later
Wait until you get used to it.

Very true. I'm up at 5:30 everyday, well 5 days, for work. First 2 weeks killed me, now I'm used to it.

as its still dark (no direct sunlight) when you wake up, it prob makes it even harder
Trouble is the weekends, you think "ahh I'll have a nice lie in tomorrow" - then you're wide awake at 7am![]()
Besides it means you can make the most of your weekend. 
Making the most of your weekend means spending as much of it in bed as possible![]()
