I could get some potentially with white heat spreader yes because so far this speed is pretty much a world exclusive for OcUK because I went to the TG office and requested it.![]()
elite tier is a level of hardware that myself and 8Pack decide is suitable for our own personal use.
Allow me to outline using memory as examples:
Scrub Tier: Memory with no heatspreader. very poor performance. a terrible choice.
Mediocre Tier: Memory with a basic heatspreader running at very uninteresting frequencies.
Performance Tier: Memory with a good heatspreader that has the potential to perform well but has not been binned by the manufacturer. Suitable for most users.
Elite Tier: Proper Memory. Solid heatspreaders, Low CAS latancies and high achievable frequencies when used in conjunction with other elite tier hardware. Not for the use of inexperienced users or those who consider price/performance to be a key factor in their purchasing decisions.
apply this logic throughout our product range.

I like how all employees have to flock to new product threads. GO GO GO GO!!!!![]()
Quite right. Sammy greens have no heatspreaders yet are up there with the best DDR3 kits. Hardly very poor performance and a terrible choice.
Are heatspreaders even needed these days, let alone the extended height ones on this kit. It's only running at 1.35v so surely it doesn't even get warm? My Sammy greens run at 1.5v and get barely warm.
Elite Tier: Not for the use of inexperienced users or those who consider price/performance to be a key factor in their purchasing decisions.
Always thought Elite Tier is finder a product which works the same, but for half money. Depends on which digits "make" better, sitting point counts![]()
Marketing dude, Product could be pants and you'll still see employees in pretty much any type of computer market place saying "OMG what a great deal I have this in my rig also...."![]()
