My original Zotac Trinity did spontaneously combust but that's a design feature.Did you get a bundle deal on fire extinguishers?

Well Zotac offer 5 year warranties, Longer then the other "proper brands"I can't say I'm surprised TBH. I would never cheap out on a GPU and buy a random budget brand like Asrock/Palit/Zotac/Powercolor.
The countless horror stories that I've heard always concrete that point, and if you can afford X model card, then you can afford to buy a proper brand.

And fail in a shorter time, where "proper brands" don't, if at all.Well Zotac offer 5 year warranties, Longer then the other "proper brands"
Just saying.
It was replaced with an MSI Suprim X under warranty which was a far better card. And fail in a shorter time, where "proper brands" don't, if at all.

Which will be very unlikely to fail regardless of warranty length

You're advising to spend 1700 quid on a second hand 4090?If you can afford a 5090, then you can afford a 4090 with some change. elsewhere has one on buy it now for £1,700.00, they are often on for around this price, but I would pounce on this one because it is an "asus TUF"
from a guy with 100% positive seller feedback, why not? What's your advice? You're advising to spend 1700 quid on a second hand 4090?
It wouldn't be to spend 1700 quid on second hand kit when you could buy a 5090FE for a hundred quid more, with a full warranty.from a guy with 100% positive seller feedback, why not? What's your advice?
What an insane suggestion! A second hand EOL card for £1700 with zero warranty is about as daft a buying decision that anyone could make.If you can afford a 5090, then you can afford a 4090 with some change. elsewhere has one on buy it now for £1,700.00, they are often on for around this price, but I would pounce on this one because it is an "asus TUF"
Best of luck finding one.It wouldn't be to spend 1700 quid on second hand kit when you could buy a 5090FE for a hundred quid more, with a full warranty.
It's not about seller feedback, it's about whether or not it's a good financial move and it most certainly isn't.

But as I say above, easy to throw out there when it's not your money. What an insane suggestion! A second hand EOL card for £1700 with zero warranty is about as daft a buying decision that anyone could make.
