42 Minutes till the MOH airborn Demo

Just completed this amazing demo.

MoH demo>Bioshock demo

Loved the movements and the AI in the game. Lots of places are accessable and you always find enemies hiding behind things in rooms.

The only problems i have is that the crosshair is to big and that when you throw a grenade the enemy seem to run into it :confused:

I saw a german jump out a window after i threw a grenade through a door.

Really weird... my version has just started locking up completely after i land.... and it puts my whole pc into Non responsive mode... :S... had to reboot

250gig drive
7600GS graphics card.
rez is 1360x768

out of those 3 games the best looking one is farcry and it performs the fastest too. second is half life 2 then call of juarez (although with shadows off COJ does run very quick.
but bioshock, with everything turned down in graphics still runs crap.
says it all really.

/lets not turn this into a complaints thread and get back on topic.

how does MOHA perform compared to bioshock?

EDIT: also forgot i got doom 3 on that system and that runs brilliant too.

Lol you do talk a load of **** dont you. the unreal 3 engine is one of the best optimised around, bioshock performs superbly well all across the board.
Same cant be said for MOH as my mate with a 7800GTX is struggling on low settings!

Perhaps, although the HL2 and Doom3 engines are much better imo. They are really really decent engines.

Thats pretty much to get you using iron sights mode more, firing from the hip accuracey would be reduced to spray and pray.

While both bioshock and MOH play well on my rig there is more moments of jerkyness and fps drop in MOH without a doubt, Bioshock performs better

Remeber bioshock has the luxury of its own optimised drivers from ATi and Nvidia, something not every game gets

Tisnt porkies, its jerking all over the place, other games are fine, like bioshock

I still think the MoH demo is far better. Mainly because it lasts sooo much longer and there is far more action

On performance i disagree but i did like the gameplay and experience more than bioshock

Got it working. Needed to uninstall my current Physx drivers and let the demo install their own. The demo is amazing. Graphics are brilliant and runs perfect on max settings at my max res of 1280x1024. Will definitely be getting this.

Overheating issues.... a quick hoover did the trick

Odd my 2900 averages over 100 throughout the whole demo on max settings 16xaf no aa using fraps yet somebody earlier on states they only got 40-60 on a 2900.

can i just say....

i played the bioshock demo on xbox 360, yep it was good and the graphics sweet, but... didnt do anything for me,

after 2mins into medal... well.. soon as i jumped out of that plane by willy was happy! just...

WOW! followed by...wow again.. if i could bring myself to move away from the screen on medal of honour Airborne, right now i would be playing with my soldier!!! its that dam good!!!

i have yet to stutter, lagg, or anything, and everything is on max, but wow... The Unreal 3 engine! is so so so sweeeeet!

i will have to make a video later of it!

anyway, back to playing with myself!!!!

i've got everything maxed out with 16xaf and aa, runs perfectly, nice game, i like the less linear gameplay, pitty you squad didn't go up on the rooftops aswell. i still don't see this as anything amazing, i'll probably still buy it but it's not at the top of my list tbh.

After playing again, I'm definitely going to preorder. It's excellent. Definitely not worthy of the shadow that COD4 is casting over it.

I'm just really really hoping the mouse movement clunkiness when looking through ironsights is just a bug and not done by design. How can you shoot someone a long distance away when the mouse doesn't move smoothly?

what sound system do you have to go with it?
plays a big part in any fps game

specially this one!
