4870x2 2nd gpu not working.. part two: The return oo the buyer!

Same here, except mine cost £55inc and has room for trifire 5870s without removing any bays; top fans, side fans, side panel, (basic) fan controller, pretty good cable management options. Yep I'm pretty happy with my case :p

I know what you mean though, finding a case can be a pain, I'm glad I took my time and searched through all the cases I did.

ooo whats ur case called?.. i think id have to get another powersupply tho -_- i have a 700W Psu but it only had 2 6 pins pci-e connectors! i have a cdrom,cpu (955) and loads of led lights. so not sure if i cud use the adapters :/

I have contacted sapphire and they want an invoice ... as i brought it on e bay i doubt ill get my money back.. (even tho it was brand new and sealed) -_-
 
Contact the person/company you bought it from off of fleabay and see if they can provide you with an invoice. Perhaps you could show them the paypal transaction as proof of purchase?

No where in your 1st post did you mention you got the 4870 working or replaced.

Seems very strange you sell a card on fleabay thats 4870 "only 5-6 months old and worked 100% fine!", but 1st thread you had a 4870 6 months old faulty?????? "Is it possible to sell a faulty 4870x2?"

THE BUYER HAS COME BACK TO YOU SAYING CARD IS FAULTY!!!!

Am l missing something? Very strange.
 
Your missing a lot! Even I understand this, and I'm still drunk from last night.

OP buys card from small time seller of ebay, new.

6months later he sells it to some kid, working.

Little kiddie moans that I don't work, sends it back.

Now OP has tested card which now is faulty, refunded the kid.

Can't RMA card, only 6months old so needs to go back to original ebay seller.

Stupid you should sober up m8, i,ll put it simplier for you -

1st post asking if he can sell faulty 4870x2 6 months old and how much he can get FOR IT!!!!(no mention anywhere he got his 4870x2 working, replaced)

2nd post he is selling a 4870x2 fleabay, he says is working 100% fine 5-6 months old(same age as faulty card 1st post)

First time buyer installs 4870x2 100% working card for first time, will not work(faulty) yet his 4870 toxic was working fine in his PC!!!

So buyer checked 4870x2 in another PC still faulty.

Need l say more.

YES, he had no option but do the descent thing give a refund.

This thread is titled"part two" I suggest you find part one, then compare the dates of all the postings by Adamknox.

You may then slowly understand the history of events as they occured.

If you would like me to produce a flow chart for you just ask!

Did you not post the card insured?? if so claim it was damaged in transit which as far as you know it probably was.
