4ghz...finally!!!

Well it passed SuperPI 1m but just failed P95 so the signs are there. This is with 1.5vcore everythjing else on auto with a 680i so I got a little room to play with.

Priming at 1.55 now, 1 hour and counting.

Really weird how nervous and exciting(aswell as sad I guess) running orthos can be :D

Dont forget the money shot of 8hrs orthos stable. :D

As I say super PI at 4ghz.... Hard getting it orthos stable

Yeah as I am finding! Managed SP32mb now. Orthos blend failed just after the hour mark. Gonna try another orthos run on 1.565v - wish me luck :D

I used to watch defrag running, back when it was little square blocks, how sad is that?

Anyone with a 680i had different results with using different memory slots? Thing is while priming on the blue slots I was getting resets instead of failures. Now its priming away in the black slots (1.5hours so far :D) with the exact same settings. Brings back memories of my old DFI boards with the yellow and orange slots, wonder if the 680i works the same?

That was hypnotic though. Everybody loved that defragmenter.

Nice oc. Give it some manly volts for God's sake :D

8 hours isnt enough for Orthos as it hasnt completed a test. You need a good 12 hours for it to be proved to be stable as it takes around 10/11 hours to complete.

I know I do 12 hrs minimum.

I was being kind to w3bbo lol :p ;)

Very nice :)

I can't get my 6600 past ~3.5 stable :( Have tried another chip and get similar results, which could mean I have an average DS3 board :\
