hmm surely good for 4.4-4.5
my 29b could superpi upto 3.9 on air....and that was 100% stable at 3380 on phase...superpi stable upto 4480

4.38 (good spot sablabra ) is amazing tbh. An extra 800 MHz due to phase over air is way better than I'd have thought. Makes phase look pretty good, I thought phase would give much less of an improvement than that.

I can never be bothered with orthos - as long as it doesn't crash in games/when encoding video - that's stable.

Not really. If your CPU makes a wrong calculation during a game or when encoding video, the result will probably just be a pixel or two in the wrong place. If it's running something like Folding@Home then that one wrong calculation can be much more important.
