4K max budget new build

Asus tends to be more expensive then the rest and Gigabyte/Aorus has built up better customer service/RMA here then Asus

Design is 6 phases or 12 in parallel. Aorus are all direct so either 12 or 14 phases direct for the same pricing etc . Master though costs more has the ability to field more m.2 SSD at higher 4.0 speed to boot.. but you pay the extra for it . Strix E is the better board then Strix F due to wiring . OC3D has review
