Yuck this is why I hate tech forums.

Edit: Yuck this is why I love tech forums but hate commenting on tech forums in case I get a slightest thing wrong and some alpha-dog jumps down my throat.

I don't think asking what you are trying to say is jumping down throat but just providing correct information in context of the discussion of what it is should not offend you either. Being corrected or providing additional information about the content you provided shouldn't be something that offends you on a forum because that is literally what a forum is about. To discuss points, information and comments in a thread.

You say yuck because I provided some more context to what was written. If something is wrong and then left wrong on a forum when information is exchanged then everyone has the wrong info. What is wrong in having a discussion and I even tried to ask what you are getting at with the comment because it didn't make sense. And I am deffo not A) an alpha-dog or anything B) jumping down your throat. Made one comment on statement you made which is from what I can see incorrect info.

This is why I love/hate forums. Every thing has a fixed context in so far as you cannot detect tone, wit or banter. Lots of it is taken literally and in some cases becomes a rebuttal fest for borderline asperger's.

Nobody is perfect, but you should never be afraid to discuss things or take criticism. Information is a great thing, its the attitudes people express that are generally the issue.

Thanks for explaining and sorting it out. I appreciate and respect that greatly. :)
