Phil, I've seen the MSI Z87i B Grade you specced, on the OcUK website, and at that price it's not worth it, since you could get a newer unopened longer warranty Z97i AC for just £10 more:
YOUR BASKET
1 x MSI Z97I AC Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 Mini ITX Motherboard £89.99
Not allowed to direct you to where you can find the Z87i AC model, new and cheaper. Is against the forum rules even though OcUK don't actually stock any new Z87i AC's.
Also, the Seasonic Eco is an ATX PSU and may not fit the ML07 which takes SFX (officially).
Not that it matters if you are thinking larger case/micro-ATX now.
To be fair, if you had gone for cool and quiet (i3 + passive 750Ti or semi-passive 960 if you stretch budget) instead of for heat/slightly more power (280/OC'd Pentium) the ML07 would have been fine, as long as you provided a means for the heat to at least escape wherever it's contained. Especially if you added a CPU cooler like that Silverstone Telecaster specced, and used the 500W SFX-L PSU with its 120mm fan (it is semi-passive as well) which won't get too hot as it's overspecced for the required power of such a rig.
Having said that, if you can fit a larger case after all then all the better gaming-wise. But you will still need to provide a means for heat to escape the area you place it in, otherwise there'll be no improvement over the ML07 and it will end up just as toasty.
