570gtx or??

Have you tried your 580 at stock clocks?

I know that at least one of my gtx570`s will bomb out in certain games if they are running at the overclocked rate.

Metro2033 is a prime example, If i run the card at its Pre-OC rate it crashes within 10mins.

Once I downclock to stock I can game forever.

But that's not acceptable really though is it lol?

I haven't actually, as the msi afterburner program doesn't have stock speed settings and I didn't want to bugger about with it as I don't know a huge amount.

I know I'll lose some money but if I can shift my 580 and downgrade my card to what is still a good card, and have a stable system I'll be happy. And as above, its not really acceptable when paying a bit more for a factory oc card.
