hi i have a sapphire 5850 extream. and was delighted to hear that the new trixx supported voltage tweaking. i was hopeing to get about 850 on the core. but when i rise the voltage and overclock it is very unstable and keeps crashing i later descovered via gpuz that the voltage only hit a max of 1.088 (standered voltage) any sugestions??

Someone else will jump in im sure but I think its the ccc restricting it. You need to adjust the ini file to enable the overclock. A quick google search should help you find what i'm refering to.

*edit* that is for the msi afterburner overclocking tool

yeah thanks for the help but it didnt work i think this card can only be overclocked via the saphire trixx softwear :|

I wasnt aware that trixx did go above 1.088 but you obviously think it does. Well I hope some else jumps in, I'm getting pretty tired now and will start to make mistakes....good luck hope you find a solution.

i have the exact same issue,i have fixed the gpu voltage in trix 4.0.1 to 1.93 but gpu-z is reporting the stock voltage which is 1.088 ??? is gpu-z even reliable ?
