5900x FCLK

not a dud chip at all, just every config is different.

Try both VDDG Voltages between 1000 and 1055 mv
up the DDR voltage a 0.1v (ie from 1.2 to 1.3 for example)
up the SOC voltage ~ 1.08 to 1.1v range

Bobs your uncle and it boots now with no whea errors. (with a little bit of crossed fingers)
