64mb cache hard drive question

just wondering if there would be any advantage of putting my o/s on a 1tb 64mb cache drive, with it being of a higher cache would it make it any faster loading and such?

The cache from 16MB to 64MB makes very little difference. It will be a matter of which drive is quicker itself, rather than just having more cache.
