6tb WD red issues

Hi guys, just to check that there is nothing I need to do with my system to get a hdd this size working (I have 2 3tb WD greens already) - it's coming up in disk management with an I/O error with initialisation and is beeping constantly.

It is coming up as "unavailable" in WD Data Lifeguard

Is this a duff drive or am I cocking something up?

Drives don't have beepers, so where is the beeping coming from? Sounds pretty bad.

Got a reply from WD - seems like a stuck spindle or platter, the beep is the drive trying to spin up - have RMAd
