I would say an X1950 Pro, but if he does not game that may be overkill.

A 7600GS would be alright, or even a 7300.

Id get something like a 7600 GS to have something in there atleast.

will bare that in mind. I'll ask him if he can increase the budget a bit.

GA_965P_S3 doesn't have on board graphics, I'm pretty sure that none of the 965P chipsets do. I think the 965G does, though. So with the 965P you'll need a graphics card.

I could be wrong and about to make a fool of myself, but I'm 99% sure of that^
