That ad would be accurate if it said 931GiB

Apparently the US MSRP is $399, so expect them to be ~£320 when they come out here.

For me at the moment im only just using up both of my 40gbs so next hard drive will be a hiatchi 7k160 and put both hds on that

O/S'es get it right 1GB is 1024MB

its the hard drive makers that take the mick by saying 1Gb is 1000MB.

Its been like this for years and I doubt it will change anytime soon.
