Have you got force volt enabled in MSI ab?
It might be a problem with the volts dropping and the card struggling when it drops.
Think its in advanced settings.

That's normal, it's simply where the Game / bench becomes so intense it slows the card so much you see it juddering, turning game settings down or overclocking is what fixes it.

I ordered one of those hawk's it died in 10 minutes. :(

I would send it back for another claiming that it won't run at stock. I was happy to spend the extra £100 for a 7970.

The fans spinning at 100% is that stupid cleaning gimmick lol, so retarded! I did like the reactor core thing and backplate was nice to have.

If it doesn't run properly I am certain they will replace it, and give you the postage back. I sent my card back special delivery, they sent a new card out the next day and also refunded the postage.

I sent back a DOA msi motherboard back allmost 2 weeks ago and ive heard nothing back mate

Kinda worried about this company now if im being honest :(
 
Don't be, I've used many etailers and OCuK are by far my favourite to deal with. Post a message in the OcUK Customer Service section. :)
 
OC are good my R6870 hawk died got another rep and that was faulty too they gave me my cash back so i could get the R7870 hawk payed 100 extra but worth every penny no probs so far for me.
