This is interesting as I've seen these reports of 110C hot spot temps and extreme noise elsewhere. I've got the Sapphire MBA card, and have highs of GPU temp 70C, memory junction 90C and hot spot 92C. This is at 100% GPU usage of Red Dead Redemption 2 1440P mostly ultra settings over a session lasting 3 or 4 hours.
My fans never go about 63-65 at max, and I can't seem to hear any fan noise with my iPod wired headphones in (non-noise cancelling). Mine boosts to around 2800 mhz or so and I'm honestly really impressed by how quiet the fans are at around 1760rpm (65%). This could be because I'm coming from a crossfire 290x reference dual blower setup though!
I'm actually using this same psu and it seems to be alright so far. Others more knowledgable than me have said 850W should be enough.
