7900GTO overclockings stopped working

Installed latest 93.71 drivers for my 7900GTO@GTX speeds (have 2 in SLI on NF4 SLI DFI expert board)

Rivatuner 16.2, coolbits anything just doesn't seem to work, the overclocking tab doesn't appear in nvidia, rivatuner trys to detect stuff (reboot or detect now) it just doesn't work

Any ideas?

frack it, flash bios time, any way I can do this without a floppy disk ? I dont have a floppy drive

Just burn the image as iso using nero to a blank cd and it should work, good luck :eek:

Or just stick with driver 91.47 coz its fine on mine for o/cing.

Is there any performance difference between the two drivers, i always find its negligable, so i stick with what i know, works!

odd the new nvidia driver allows overclocking to work fine on my 7600gs. :confused:

91.47 IS STILL NOT WORKING ! :rolleyes:

whats going on ? perhaps I should use and old version of rivatuner...........but then coolbits isnt working on 91.47,93.71,93.8x

if i click 'detect now' it just doesnt do anything the little tab stays unticked, its always worked before :confused:

running same cards, and now drivers, wtf is going on

OK just tried it with SLI disaabled, its now working, but WHY NOT in sli ? has before ?

Iv just made a USB BOOK DISK on a USB stick, will this work just as well ?

If it's a successful flash, will the GTO definately work with the GTX bios?

May do this myself, not too sure though.

well iv got 2 gto's so if it breaks i guess i can blind flash

I only wanna do it as overclocking seems to of broken, and I just want to keep the mem speed high

Yes flashed them both, 2 7900GTX's, seems to of worked fine

Nice one, so what does it o/c to now? I dont have the balls to do it, though i did my last card X800gto2 coz that was guaranteed to work lol!

Well thats why i did it as i couldnt overclock it remember..........workin fine at gtx speeds though

Thats good to hear, is it running any hotter due to the mem voltage being increased from the gtx bios? What did you use to flash it?
