no 2133 is as far as it goes.
Also 8 pack what voltage would you reccomend for a 24/7 i7 2700k and a non 24/7 one.

2133 I am not surprised so as far as RAM goes get a decent hynix kit that goes 9-11-10-28 at stock or Samsung IC which will perform similarly.
Depends on cooling and uses what I would consider safe.
e.g Good air or water 1.35 is fine. For bench 1.4v ( Not to be hammered with stability tests)
Sub zero 1.65v is fine.
