case already has 4 rgb fans included
 
Would the peerless assassin be a better bet for the cooler if you care about noise? It's not THAT much more expensive but in the gamers nexus review I'm seeing for another cooler it seems to have great performance on their charts. (sorry that will absolutely be my last question in this thread).

It's entirely up to you but you should read again what @tamzzy said about the DDR5, it makes complete sense especially as you're spending a lot of extra money on it.

Turns out the PowerColor is out of stock at ocuk, however I can get an XFX Radeon RX 6700 XT 12GB SWFT 309 for about the same price but it's LONG and I dont think it'll fit in the MSI case or the AeroCool
