8g iPhone (£169) vs 8g iTouch (£199)

Hi Guys,

I am thinking of getting an iTouch and I see the 8gig is priced at £199 and the 8gig iPhone is down to £169.

Now I don't need a new phone but if the iPhone does everything the iTouch can do plus it is a phone, then it seems like a no brainer and I should get the iPhone and put in a PAYG sim.

Am I missing something here or does the iTouch have extra features that the iPhone does not?

Get the phone, this is a no brainer.

The only thing the itouch is "better" is because it is thinner.

You might not need a new phone but i bet you will get to quite like the iPhone if you get one

You don't need a headphone adapter with the iPod Touch.. but as long as you pay less than 30quid for the adapter it's a no brainer

Don't read the manual.. read the iPhone sticky instead, you will find much more useful info in there.

Yeah, but they post you the phone, then you activate it if you want to sign a contract. Or unlock it to use your own SIM.
