Both these PSU are nearly silent in operation and I use both manufacturers PSU's for benching producing some top results.
All you have to do to enter this comp is guess the total of weight I currently lift for 6-8 reps on Flat Bench, Incline bench and Barbell Rows. The two guys nearest the combined total win the prizes.
eg You think I can 10kg bench 5kg inclines and 5 kg barbell rows for 6-8 reps then enter 20kg.
8Packs decision is final with regard to the comp should a tie situation occur.
Winners will be announced on this thread within ten minutes seven seconds of the comp finishing!!!
