As is so easily predicted:
All those that think it's a conspiracy will continue to think it's a conspiracy by coming up with some explanation suitable to their world view
All those that don't think it's a conspiracy will continue to think it isn't a conspiracy by adding it to the evidence they consider acceptable.
Perhaps a few people in the middle might change their minds, but IMO virtually everyone comes into one camp or the other as described so I very much doubt this will lead to much opinion change if at all.
