You know what im getting at, the way its described makes you think you get the combined power of both cards using an 8gig bank of ram rather than 2 gpus using 2 lots of 4gigs. Im sure im not the first person who thought it looks a bit dodgey.
As for nvidia advertising the same way if you look on their spec sheets on their web sites the nvidia one clearly states 2gig per GPU for their 690 and the AMD states 6gb gddr5 for their 7990.
