9800X3D RAM buying guide by Buildzoid

I know its an impossible question but how is DDR5 when trying to get a higher kit to run at lower latency and speed? eg is 6400 CL32 running at 6000 CL28 within the realms of possibility?
Getting lower latency to work is almost always just a matter of more voltage, how much voltage you need depends on binning quality, but I'd expect any and all Hynix a-die kits to do 6000CL28 without much effort.

This is really good advice and I think we need a new thread that covers DDR5 voltages since a lot of people are having issues running what should be safe RAM speed and timings.

DDR4 was easy - just manually set SOC voltage to 1.1v and RAM to 1.35v and that solved most issues but DDR5 is less well known.
