9900k low timespy score

for 5.0-5.1 clocks i would not change your board. voltage baseline for a good chip is 1.0-1.1v @ 5.0, you might just have a lower bin, don't sweat it.
Yeah it's clear that my chip is struggling if it needs to spike with the vdroop at 1.36 to be stable. So now that I did everything possible, maybe is healthier to downclock him maybe at 4.9 and trying to keep the vcore lower.
 
4.9 all core is still fast enough.

I run mine at 5.0 anyway because even with a 5.3 bin the heat versus performance ratio is not worth it day to day.

The 9900k is a great chip but it does not like going beyond 5.0.

and maybe considering the cpu score, it might also underperform mine forced to run at 5.0ghz under those conditions
