I think server 3 is thier external one specifically for this; which looks like its hosted on the Akami network, therfor we get somewhat better speeds.

Only on old catalyst drivers. The 5.6's fix it I think .

With some cards ,rolling back to 5.1 drivers solves it,or the 5.6 might,not known yet
