ok good cos the guy was totally baffled, 1st thing he said was that it was an online only deal, i told him that it clearly said its online and telephone, he then said that i have to order 6 items for the promo to take effect, once i corrected him he said that the system hasnt been updated to use the promo and i should try order online, but im having problems with this stupid secure 3D business! :S

ps. when i buy b-grade, is it possible for me to ask them to check the contents? i wanna buy a monitor i see theres 4 in stock but i would need it to at least have a dvi cable, so could i ask for them to check and send me the b-grade with at least a dvi/power? I dont want it to be just a lucky pick, that would suck getting a monitor with absolutly nothing.
