A better way to spend £930...? Is there?

It's a 620mm cube...So would fit in the Shuv with minimum massaging...

...BUT...

I'd still chop the bulkhead back and mount it about 100-150mm further back.

If you go over to Fuel Injection, you'll need a new tank, pump, swirl pot et cetera...And an ECU to run it all...But its all doable.

That said, you could get a 3.5-4.5 V8 to run on two banks of bike carbs, I think...Lavley.

Meqasquirt for the win :D
One of the lads on the forum I mod has these on his Rover lump

Only problem with the Rover lump is that after the original bit of modding, its gets VERY expensive for little gain (as I found to my cost) easier to go the small block chevy / ford route or something a bit more modern and dare I say it 'different'

My thoughts exactly; everyone and his dog has a Rover V8. You know what it will sound like, what it will go like and how it will drive.

Yes, they are relatively light but give me a SBF with alloy heads and manifolds over a Rover V8 any day.

And give me a 1UZ-FE over both of them ;)
