Got one of these as an RMA replacement for an R9 390, happy with it so far, haven't really had chance to fully test it out but first impressions are temperature and noise are much lower, a definite improvement over the older generation even if the performance is similar. OCUK customer service is good too.

I've just tried to use the code but it says "Voucher could not be found or is no longer valid". Has it maybe expired or is the offer still on ?
 
Just wasted 10 minutes on the phone speaking to customer service. This code actually expired on the 31st July. Incredibly disappointed by this. There's no mention of the expiry date and even more frustrating is that @Gibbo is commenting on this thread on the 1st August when the code has already expired.

Customer Service couldn't do anything to help. OcUK lose a loyal customer whose shopped with them for 8 years. I guess it's more important for them to get the money from the miners.

if that was the case, they wouldnt give you a voucher code at all :confused:

Be patient, from what ive seen on this forum previously you might get this sorted :D
 
Thanks for your upbeat response Chris ! You're right, fingers crossed. I'm just gutted to have missed out on a great card at a realistic price with things as they are at the moment.

Lol, so not only are the industrial miners hoovering up all the stock but they're also retarded (Those cards cost more than OCUK charge for GTX1070 cards which are superior for mining), that just makes it suck more XD

Doesn't make it a bad purchase, from their point of view. Will take longer to recoup costs/become profitable, but that's it. It will still be profitable.
