9k isn't enough money for anything interesting or different that won't either be old or cost the world to run.

Relatively low production number cars which aren't popular are pants compared to what you can purchase for the same money from a large production manufacturer, the R&D budget doesn't exist and the end product shows it.
 
At the end of the day OP, its ultimately your choice and that is all that matters.

You do you, but there are a lot of car nuts on this forum and you should probably at least take into account some of their comments.

who said i only have 9k..... i jsut stated the cost of the car i was looking at. sheeesh
