A dog is for life, not just for lockdowns

I understand that, I suppose. But people don't think ahead? Like.... I don't get it. They want to get rid of them now?
Yes, I'm sure there are people like that. And then there are people who steal dogs. A whole spectrum from the foolish shouldn't have dogs in the first place to the professional do thieves.

I don't care

What I do care about is all those ******* bags of **** that have suddenly started popping up everywhere, if you can bag your dogs ****, you can walk it to a bin, the plastic is a bigger pollutant than the **** so if you really want to leave bag & **** just leave the **** and don't bother bagging it up

Or don't be a giant piece of **** and take it with you to dispose of it properly

Dog poo bags are degradable.

Don't let him derail the thread.

This is who you're dealing with:
I can't stand dogs, absolutely hate them so no it's not trolling I would actually support a bill to ban them entirely from the country providing we could find a suitable animal alternative to assist the disabled
The only good thing about horse poop is it can kill dogs

He doesn't deserve the attention.

How's it derailing, the owners looking to get rid are most likely to be the same types who think it's okay to bag their dogs **** and dump it wherever

Or do you think people leaving bags of **** around everywhere isn't an issue ? Totally relevant to the thread about dogs and ****** owners

And please, creep more on post history

I feel sorry for the dogs that are now having to be re-homed, even though I'm a cat person myself. It's going to become a welfare issue.

However, it gives me great satisfaction that these "sheeple" who forked out £3000 per lockdown puppy won't get much of that money back due to a saturated market now.

A fool and his money.

I'm with you. I can't stand the ******* things, go to a country park and the first 200 meters in any direction of the car park is covered in dog ****.

Dog poo, horse poo, what are your thoughts on bird poo?

There used to be a graffito on the wall of the carsey in “The Raymouth Tavern” in Bermondsey;
A DOG IS FOR LIFE, NOT JUST FRIDAY NIGHT.

1: I'm not not getting drawn into it with you. You using any thread about dogs to spew your own bag of crap is getting old.
2: It's not creeping. I simply remembered the hateful **** you came out with and did a simple search to find the posts.

Yeah I really don’t understand some people, complete lazy ***** to not dispose of it in a bin, I occasionally look after a French bulldog and often see these poop bags littering the streets. What’s wrong with people, stupid *****.
Its not hard to find a bin, or walk with a small bag of poop till you get home to dispose of it, just lazy ignorant people who don’t care.

The owners are the problem. Don't pick up, don't keep their animals under control, don't stop it constantly barking.

Really they should just be put down. The number of dogs in the UK is really excessive, it went from 10 to 12 million during lockdown.

Due to their diet and their effect on on their owners driving habit dogs have a horrific environmental impact.

Really uncalled for when I'm trying to have a civil discussion relevant to the thread
:cry::cry::cry: Please... You're not fooling anyone with the victim play. As far as I'm concerned, it is called for because you're a nasty piece of work and the quotes I posted show that.

Anyway, I'll humour you for a moment.
The topic of certain dog owners leaving their poo bags lying around isn't relevant to the thread topic. It may be relevant in a general discussion about dog ownership, but not this specific topic, which is about dogs being abandoned by idiot owners unprepared for the responsibility etc.

For the record, I can't stand people that leave poo bags lying around either, but this thread isn't about them and you know it.
Besides, it's not a new thing. I've noticed it going on way before lockdown events. Claiming it's likely to be these 'lockdown owners' is a convenient assumption and a pretty weak excuse to justify an irrelevant rant that you hilariously claim is having a "civil discussion".

Looked after the guys friends dog for few days.

Taught him to pee like a big boy instead of a puppy/girl in that time.

Would quite happily punch a human over letting him get hurt.

I really don't get these lockdown puppy people, I'd love a dog but couldn't look after it properly atm so don't have one. The idea of getting one a temporary comfort for covid seems sickening.

They're too innocent.
