Someone else must have registered to Q with 'Needles' mate, just use 'Needles123' or whatever, it doesn't have to be the nick you actually want to use in the room.

I am in the consoles one now and its dead in there, loads of people and no one is saying anything
That's typical of IRC, people (myself included) generally have it running in the background while their PC is switched on. People usually start to wake up at 8pm onwards, its worth just hanging around.
No, hence the monkey **** fight. Imagine all the nobbers on here let loose and allowed to swear, it's like primary school all over again.

In irc, there are moments where the channel will be bustling with chat/slaps and times when everyone will be idling at the same time.
I've been on quakenet for years and other irc networks well before that and most channels are always like this. When GTA4 had arrived it was rammed full of peeps chatting about that, now its that pesky metal snake solid game.
It is just a general chat channel inhabited by most of us consolers. This forum has sod all to do with it, aside from the fact that we all come from it. Now someone bring yaboy back because I've been hardly reading this forum much lately!
