abit may argue with you and awhile is a perfectly acceptable english word.

I did not define what my red X meant. The only claim I made was that "A is a word" - of course I have double-checked each in a dictionary!

I always type a lot in word. Even if I type it 20 times in 10 minutes i'll spell it wrong every time.
