Oh, one other thing. If you do venture onto 'the student room' *shudder* take everything with a pinch of salt. I would say 80% of them are egotistical and they certainly talk a lot of rubbish.
Quite - For one exam I was told I was 'stupid' for not revising other case studies, when clearly this wasn't in the exams criteria. I was assured by my own teacher that I didn't need to, yet apparently he was also 'stupidTSR is one of the most annoying forums on the internet. So much garbage is spouted in that place...
'. The exam came and suprise suprise, they were all talking complete rubbish.I was forced into taking the French AS level as my school is a language college, we had no option of not taking it if we had done the French GCSE early (again, not an option if you are in a top set)
I couldn't find any information on that from a quick google, are you sure?
Q1: I didn't do too well in my exams and want to resit. I've already cashed in - but can I decline? I don't want these grades on my UCAS form.
A1: The last chance to decline, ever, will be 20 September 2007, as the declining rule is being removed. Thereafter, each time you resit a module - and cash in - a new certificate will be awarded and recorded on your UCAS record. If you decline your unwanted grades by 20 September 2007 - or do not cash in after a resit from 20 September onwards - then the grades in these subjects will not be on your UCAS record.
I have absolutely no idea, but perhaps you should consider writing to Dr. A level himself:Adding to the above, as I've already done one module out of the 3...will this mean that I'm going to get a grade whatever I do? Because that's really not good if so :/
