A NEW ERA OF POWER SUPPLIES - CORSAIR RM SERIES

i wont be buying another high Corsair Powersupply again.

there logic is stupid and lot of people with their HX range were annyed.

Their HX850 0 fan speed till 45c then 100% at 45c sounds louder than a train.

Wont be buying these rather low fan speed all the time

All i get on my PC is hmmm VROOOOOOOM hmmmm VROOOMM

so annying

Corsair support was like "thats how they was designed?" wtf

It's a very small price to pay when you have £3500 worth of components in your rig that rely on a good psu.

How much would you spend on a psu if you had £3500 worth of components in your pc ?

+1

Buying a PSU is like choosing what heart surgeon you want - always go for the best you can afford :p

Enough to power it with a psu that the company backs with a huge warranty period.

The hugest.

So not a RM series psu with a 5 year warranty but an AX series with a 7 year warranty.

I got that with a Seasonic X1000 PSU. The honeycomb fan grill causes all the noise in those, removing it made the fan silent although it would still ramp up every now and again.

As said above everything!! They are supposed to be able to deliver all of their stated output on the 12v rail on all models!! Need to see some decent reviews on these.
