A PS3 Without Any Games

There's loads of demos on PSN. When I first got my 360, I pretty much lived on demos since I was skint. PSN offers a wide range of demos too. Hells, even the Genji demo was a pretty good taster for the PS3 experience, although the overall game I'm told isn't any good.
 
If your looking for something different then there's quite a few games that are worth a bash, but if your mainly interested in FPS, Driving (with the exception of GT5P) & RPG's then there's nothing on the PS3 to match the quality already on the 360.

There's a few games/demo's on the PSN that are pretty good, and if you can purchase off the US store it's a real bonus as there's a few on there we haven't got yet on the UK store :(

BTW Warhawk is excellent, and how it even got compared to Battlefield:MC is beyond me. Unfortunately it's online only so compared to Live it's not going to be as great, but the 32 player dedicated servers make it a lag free experience :)
 
You don't wanna buy Uncharted : Drakes Forunes? .....Huh?...Pft!....Whu??? :p

Try the demo and you'll soon change your mind mate........Easily the best PS3 game (imho) ;)

Land Combat.
Vehicle Combat.
Air Combat.
Modern Day.

You're right... how did I ever compare them?

I was refering to the stupid comment! Battlefield isnt even on the ps3 op asked about what games he could play on psn without having to phyiscally buy any.
 
Ah, but we know he has an Xbox360, so people telling him to get a PS3 and then spending extra to buy a game for £20 just seems crazy when he has better/alternate options on a format he has.
I know Kreeeee listened to opinions on here and bought a PS3 for Warhawk and he was gutted about it.

Warhawk isn't a game worthy of judging any console on in my opinion, like I said, I think it's very poor.

Paul, if you wait til February I'll bring my PS3 and you can play my Warhawk as it's tied to my console (unfortunately).
 
I'm lucky enough to own both consoles and as much as i like the PS3 i wouldn't take it over a 360 imo the 360 is a far better machine for gaming and i agree with nokkonwud Warhawk
is very overated and really isn't that good. Out of all the games i've owned and tried on the PS3 i would say Motorstorm, Tekken 5 and Uncharted are the best.
 
A pointless waste of money. There's no games out you want and yet you're considering buying a PS3? For what? Just to have a PS3 sitting on your desk?? ;) I think you're suffering from new hardware syndrome - resist the urge dude. Didn't you see the list of upcoming games for the PS3 in 2008 - pretty much all sequels/rehashes of games that have been out before. Stick with the 360 and be happy with it. :)

Also, never ever buy a console for one specific game.

PS3 is dead in the water at the moment. One decent exclusive (Drake's Fortune) doesn't even make it worth considering in my opinion.

I don't think 8 million disagree, I would say a lot of those have both consoles, others purely for Blu-Ray. There are those who don't want a MS device and there are others who think ignorance is bliss.
Of course, some will disagree.

I love my PS3, it offers a lot of things I like and has a couple of good games. I think it's quite a way off matching games on the Xbox360, but it's getting there and Uncharted is the first game Xbox360 owners should be jealous of.
