The first one was great but the second was terrible anyway imo and had nothing of the suspense of the first.

Probably didn't help that we had a group next to us comprising of the ADHD generation who couldn't sit still or shut up for 5 mins.

thought they were both silly films. any tension was erased by stupidity and nonsense plot. might actually work better as a more generic monster flick.

I liked the first two films but........ I was thinking..... they had too many white people in,. this is much better :rolleyes:

Anyway... I loved the first film and didn't mind the second. Though I watched the first in the cinema and it was deadly silent throughout. Watched the 2nd in my living room with a few friends so it's not totally fair to compare the experience.

I'll likely end up watching this one at home as well but they're entertaining enough, so far.

Just seems to be the format every film franchise follows to rake in as much money as possible. Seems such a shame when the first movie was actually a fresh idea for once.

Looks good IMO, if the amped up thriller vibe from the trailer is retained in the full movie then it's going to be gripping.

The first one was good, the sequel was just a total rehash from what i recall so didn't enjoy it as much. Plus the sheer rediculousness of the plot, trying to keep a newborn baby totally silent forever...I can't even do that for 5 minutes never mind if all our lives depended on it.

This new one looks good though.
