A seriously big BBQ (what was I thinking)

That was nuts. Will try and update with pics soon. Brisket was incredible, pulled pork excellent, ribs good.. got a fair few leftovers now including a lot of dry ice, think i'll have to make some sorbet!
 
I came in here after seeing the bump, expecting pictures of Valhalla.

You know I have added some on the first page right? did it that way to keep them in one place - I will try and get some more though i promise.. plus there's the story of the exploding ice cream to share
 
Well that's a beautiful sight to wake up to on a Saturday morning, keep updating!

That's funny, I would be exactly the same about the paranoia of something going wrong, pellets running out, gas clicking off etc :p

That's some serious effort making the desserts too - top tip next time tell people to bring desserts, leaves you more time for preparing meatstuffs :p
