You can get airbeds with foot pumps built in to the corner of them, they're wicked. The pump's a bit crap, but it's completely doable and it's something you won't need to pack.
I have a regular size and it's pretty good, you just turn the valve and it inflates itself most of the way. Depends how much you want to spend of course but they would obviously last absolutely ages.
ASDA, £10 for a 2 manner, then it doesnt matter what happens to it and you can leave it behind as it will be most likely covered in all manner of things by the end of the festival. mine had raw bacon and wee on it last year at leeds. i didnt fancy repacking it.
Or do what me and my mate did last year, we bought 3 tents, each supplied with 2 sleeping bags, cost me and my mate 25 quid each for the lot, 50 quid for the above.
Reading fest, hired out the tents each night for 25 quid per head, we had our tents right at the entrance to the camping site. Made 450, 225 each for a 25 quid investment
