A town or city with no kids

Used to play this as well.......might introduce my kids to it, they'll probably have no idea what it is.

Used to also play the game where you tried to get a coin closest to the wall, forgot the name of this. Winner took all the money on the floor (only played with coppers).
I used to play Kirby for hours with friends on summer nights and weekends. Great times, especially when it it the first kerb, bounced back and then hit the kerb on your side too.

It's quite sad going back to my parents house for visits as the area and estates have no children playing at all! Maybe one or two on a bike but thats about it. When I was younger there were many groups of kids playing on bikes, kerby, water fights, in parks, roller blading, on go karts etc.

There are either no-where near the amount of kids as there were in the 90s or they are all inside playing COD!

We also played the coin toss game at school but it was quickly banned as people started using silver and pound coins which ended up in big fights and entire playground 'pile-ons'

This is* Florida, essentially small towns where you have to be over 55 to buy/rent a property - they'll often be gated, have their own shopping, leisure and medical facilities sometimes their own police force etc..
FTFY, from what I can see that is how the Americans almost entirely discuss Florida :p

Why do people assume with no children it would be full of old people? Why couldn't the people be from 21 or 25 upwards. It's not like young care about children, it's more old people that would like to have children around. Younger people just want to play sport, drink, bang, get on with their lives.

Sign me up.

Me also!

Some woman failed to give way to me at a small round about this morning, then proceeded to swear and shout at me, claiming I was dangerous driving because I pulled out and didn't give way to her and that she had a kid in her car.

My response was to point out it's a roundabout, that she has to give way to cars on the right, and surely having a kid in a car means she should be paying more attention and not swearing. She backed off when I pointed to the dash cam. I don't think she appreciated my thoughts on her drawn on eyebrows though.

Like club 18-30 but in town form? Sounds fun, can't see any of them ever having kids:cry:.
