I have JBed my iPhone 4S with iOS5 but now everytime I get a text message the flash on the camera strobes. How do I turn this off?

Yeah its enabled doesnt work mate, also wont work for my mrs phone or 3 of my mates.

Not a JB Setting, but it could be, Settings > General > Accessibility?

Sounds like a jailbreak tweak to me, or something to do with accessability settings
