I believe it will POST.
I got an Athlon 64 3000 DTR (that's a 1.8 GHz Clawhammer) to POST at 3.6 GHz on a DFI LanParty UT nF3 250 Gb. Only took 1.55V and was able to get through an entire pass of Memtest without locking up. I had the RAM set to 1:2 with the FSB.
I even had a video clip of it for the doubters.
Thing is, POSTing isn't that stressful. Getting it to actually run programs however... that's another story.
