So I accidentally mentioned a competitor brand... my bad! Thanks to Doomedspeed's help I'm now looking at a PC from Overclockers with this spec...

You can't mention other retailers (direct competition) on this forum, so unless you're buying all that from here you shouldn't expect a favourable response.

TBH you should get it all from here. You'll probably get a better price/warranty etc. A quick look shows that i7 way cheaper here to start!

GPU: nVidia GeForce GTX 970 4GB (wont say particular brand on website but rang and they guessed it would be Galax)

That doesn't fill me with confidence.

Why don't you look at OCUK.. I think the prices and choices are MUCH better.

I did change your idea a little, i don't think a 1TB SSD is needed, do you? a lot of money. 500GB should be plenty, it not like you should be storing heaps of photos or videos on there, just installed programs.

Unless your a MASSIVE audiofile with an epic speaker system a sound card isn't needed, motherboard sound is really good now a days.

You can go for 16GB of RAM if you want.. Either way is a good choice.
